We all work hard to get what we need. We work hard to earn a good job, to get good grades, to complete the next project on the list. And sometimes we are paid off for this hard work in terms of awards, prizes or scholarships. Scholarships are something every student aspires for. Getting a scholarship embarks a medal on the chest for the work they have done. But what scholarships program can I apply for? Now, there are various scholarship programs for International students worldwide. These may include scholarships for tuition fees for selected graduation, post-graduation and PhD programs in the Universities of USA, UK, CANADA, JAPAN etc.; scholarships for research programs in selective organisations; scholarships for various online courses; scholarships honouring people with excellent performance in their fields; scholarships for uplifting selected minority/state/backward groups and/or communities. 5.   Girls Script Summer of Code- It is the 3 months long Open Source program during summers conducted by GirlScript Foundation(reg. by Govt. ·       WOMEN IN STEM SCHOLARSHIP-

1.      Women Techmakers Scholars Program (formerly the Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship Program – Google)-Through the Women Techmakers Scholars Program - formerly the Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship Program - Google is furthering Dr Anita Borg’s vision of creating gender equality in the field of computer science by encouraging women to excel in computing and technology and become active leaders and role models in the field. https://www.womentechmakers.com/scholars

2.      British Council India- Women in STEM Scholarships for Indian Students at WMG in the UK, 2019 - Up to 70 British Council India for women in STEM Scholarships are available on offer which will fund full tuition to study a Master’s programme at a UK HEI in STEM subjects for the academic year 2019-20. https://scholarship-positions.com/full-british-council-india-women-stem-scholarships-indian-students-wmg-uk/2018/12/14/

3.      Adobe India Women in Tech scholarship- Through the Adobe India Women in Technology Scholarship, they are striving towards creating gender equality in STEM domains by encouraging women to excel in computing and technology and become future leaders and role models in them. https://research.adobe.com/adobe-india-women-in-technology-scholarship/

4.      Rail Girls Summer Of Code- It is a global fellowship program for women and non-binary coders. Women need to participate in a team of two. Students receive a three-month scholarship to work on existing Open Source projects and expand their skill set. https://railsgirlssummerofcode.org
   
5.        Learn IT Girl- It helps women learn a programming language while doing a project. Each accepted mentee gets a mentor to help them through discovering their new language and coding their project. https://www.learnitgirl.com/

6.        Outreachy Program- It provides 3 months internship to work in Free and Open Source Software (FOSS). Interns are paid a stipend of $5,500 and have a $500 travel stipend available to them. Outreachy internship projects may include programming, user experience, documentation, illustration and graphical design, or data science. https://www.outreachy.org/

7.    Grace Hooper Conference Scholarship- It provides a full paid travel grant to the annual Grace Hooper Conference to undergraduates, and faculty members.
